TRANSPORTATION TO HUNTS POINT RIVERSIDE PARK
Lafayette Avenue and Edgewater Road in The Bronx

By Subway: 6 train to Hunts Point Station. Trolley will shuttle people to and from the station every 20 minutes. Or to walk, cross under the Bruckner Expressway on Hunts Point Avenue and continue for about 5 blocks. Turn left on Lafayette Avenue and walk down to the river.

By Car: Valet parking will be available.
From the northeast – Take the Bruckner Expressway South/West to the Hunts Point Avenue exit. Follow Bruckner Blvd (service road) to Barretto Street. Turn left onto Barretto St (the second light, first legal left turn). Go two blocks and turn left on Lafayette Avenue. Lafayette Avenue leads directly to the park.
From the northwest – Take the Major Deegan (87) Expressway South to Exit 1, Brook Avenue. Turn right at the first light onto Brook Avenue. At the first light, turn left onto Bruckner Boulevard. After one traffic light (at St. Ann’s Ave), the road forks. Take the right fork. Proceed underneath the overpass and then make an immediate left onto Bruckner Boulevard. Go about 1 mile on Bruckner Blvd as it passes alongside and underneath the Bruckner Expressway. Turn right at Lafayette Avenue. Lafayette Avenue leads directly to the park. (If you miss Lafayette Avenue, you can turn right on Tiffany St or Barretto St and then turn left on Lafayette.)
From Manhattan -- Take FDR Drive to the Willis Avenue Bridge. Stay in right lane over bridge. At the light, bear right onto Bruckner Blvd. After 4-5 blocks, the road forks. Take the right fork. Proceed underneath the overpass and then make an immediate left onto Bruckner Boulevard. Go about 1 mile on Bruckner Blvd as it passes alongside and underneath the Bruckner Expressway. Turn right at Lafayette Avenue. This leads directly to the park. (If you miss Lafayette Avenue, you can turn right on Tiffany St or Barretto St and then turn left on Lafayette.)

By Trolley from Manhattan:
5:30 PM – Pick up at The Arsenal – 830 Fifth Avenue (at 64th Street)
8:00 PM – Leave Hunts Point Riverside Park
